Tech-Link

Tech-Link's mission is to introduce students of all abilities to careers in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM)

 

 

 

 

 

 

Building and programming LEGO robotics for the First LEGO League annual tournament.

Saturdays in the Fall/Winter (September - January)

Ages 9 - 14

Uniquely designed for youth with physical disabilities ~ open to youth of all abilities.

 

***Tech-Link First LEGO League 2014 Fall Season will open in August***

 

Tech-Link provides middle and high school students with information, role models, and learning opportunities through job shadowing, robotic camps and internships. Students are coached and mentored by faculty, staff, and students from the University of Pittsburgh and Carnegie Mellon University, and a corps of trained volunteers. Tech-Link is an initiative of the University of Pittsburgh's School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences and the Quality of Life Technology Center Engineering Research Center.

 

 

Tech-Link Nights!

 

The new Tech-Link Nights Season will start in March - watch for dates and workshop topics soon!

 

All Tech-Link Nights workshops start promptly at 5:00pm and end at 6:30pm. Free parking is available in the adjacent Bakery Square garage. Workshops are free of charge; however, registration is required.
